Hi,
I have a tenant I am trying to login into but I get this error:
Sign-in failed
Error code: interaction_required
Error message: interaction_required: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. the email ID the tenant is connected to is PII
I cannot login and worst thing is that you keep on charging me on my Amex card.
Please let me know how to unlock the account, I have tried to call the phone number but I get through the BOT and it is useless.
