How to recover hacked account after hacker changed email?

i placed my account for account recovery but it says "account doesnt exist" and when i checked my minecraft it said account was called "henry*******@gmail.com" instead of my usual email account it also has a security email of "te*******@gmail.com" which i do not recognize.
