Hello,

Our company registered a Microsoft Partner Center account in April 2025 for Windows driver signing purposes, and our organization successfully passed the business verification. Our organization account is ****, and our **Seller ID is **.

We have been using this account normally to upload drivers and obtain Microsoft’s official signatures. Our last successful use of the account was in October. However, when I attempted to sign in again , I was informed that our account no longer exists.

When I opened the dashboard using the browser that normally logs in automatically, the detailed error message was:
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS90002: Tenant '7f188133-1a78-4640-aeff-636a0ab8cf92' not found. Check to make sure you have the correct tenant ID and are signing into the correct cloud. Check with your subscription administrator, this may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant.

When I tried signing in using a different browser, the message displayed was:

“We can't quite find this organization. Try entering something else.”

I have attached screenshots of the error messages.

We would like to understand what happened to our account and whether it can be restored. This account is critical to our product development and driver signing workflow. If you need any additional information, we can provide it.

We are not sure why our account was disabled, We have always used this account solely for uploading our drivers to obtain signatures whenever updates are required. Sometimes these updates occur only once per quarter. I can confirm that we have never engaged in any improper or unauthorized usage. We only sign drivers for our own products. Therefore, we believe there should be no reason for the account to be disabled, and we would like to understand the cause so we can avoid similar issues in the future.

Additionally, we need access to our previously signed driver versions. More importantly, we urgently need to upload our latest driver version for signing. We spent a significant amount of time in 2025 completing the certification process to obtain driver signing permissions for this account. If we are required to apply for a new account now, it will delay our release schedule.
