The list of people you’ve connected with or invited through the GroupMe app.
If you created the group IT-GLOBAL-GCP-BTDP-L1-SHIFT-HANDOVER and put yourself as the group owner but do not see yourself listed as an owner, it could be due to the way the group was created. When an admin creates a new Microsoft 365 group, they are not always automatically added as a member of that group, depending on the admin dialogue used. If you are not a member of the group, you will not be able to see yourself as an owner in the owner's section.
To resolve this, you can check the following:
- Ensure that you are indeed listed as a member of the group. If not, you may need to add yourself as a member.
- If you created the group from the admin portal, consider creating it from the Outlook or SharePoint user interface, which typically adds the creator as a member automatically.
- If you have access, you can manage group membership by adding yourself or checking with another admin to ensure your ownership status is correctly assigned.
If you continue to experience issues, you may want to reach out to your organization's IT support for further assistance.
