We are having an issue accessing our company account, given the error message.
The problem seems to be involving Entra ID with the Entra ID tenant disabled, error code AADSTS000224. As a result, all employees can't work, can't check email, can't use Teams, can't sign into the Azure portal to manage and maintain Azure resources, resulting in a severe business impact.
This happened on Dec 23rd, 2025 and we are now at Jan 13, 2026, and the issue is still not resolved. I have an open Severity A case and was told on my daily call that, with a 2-3 hour wait time, someone would get back to us. Nothing has happened.
There is a total of 13 employees who cannot work.
Please help!!!!

Our Microsoft Entra ID tenant has been fully disabled since December 23, 2025, returning AADSTS000224 / AADSTS5000224 (Tenant Disabled). This has resulted in a complete production outage — all users are blocked from authentication, and we have lost access to email, Teams, Azure resources, and administrative controls.
We have:
An open Severity A support case
Participated in daily calls
Been repeatedly told the issue is with a “back-end team reviewing”
However, there has been no written update, no assigned engineering owner, and no resolution timeline. At this point, more than three weeks have passed, and 13 employees remain unable to work.
We are posting publicly because:
There has been no activity in the private chat
No apparent escalation or corrective action has occurred
This issue cannot be resolved by frontline support
Can Microsoft please clarify:
Why a tenant can remain disabled for weeks without resolution
Whether this issue has been formally escalated to the Entra ID Directory Services engineering team
What the expected next step and timeline are
This is a business-critical identity outage, and continued silence is not acceptable. We are requesting immediate escalation and transparency.
