    Hi,

I know how important it is to keep your notes synced across devices without any hassle. To get things working smoothly again, start by forcing a manual sync on both your phone and PC. On your phone, open OneNote, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Sync Now. On your PC, go to File > Info > View Sync Status, then click Sync Now. If that doesn’t do the trick, clear the OneNote cache on your phone by going to Settings > Apps > OneNote > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. After that, restart the app and try syncing again.

Next, make sure your notebooks are stored in OneDrive and linked to the same Microsoft account on both devices. You can confirm this by visiting OneDrive in a browser and checking if your latest changes appear online. If everything looks good, update OneNote on both devices, restart them, and try syncing again. If the issue persists, reinstall the OneNote app on your phone and sign back in. If you still see an error after these steps, check View Sync Status on your PC and let me know I’ll be happy to help further!

To sync OneNote between your phone and computer, ensure that the following steps are followed:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Make sure both your phone and computer are connected to the internet.
    2. Sign In with the Same Microsoft Account: Confirm that you are signed into OneNote on both devices with the same Microsoft account.
    3. Check Sync Status: On your computer, open OneNote and check the sync status. You can do this by selecting View Sync Status. If there are any errors, they will be displayed here.
    4. Force Sync: On your phone, you can try to force a sync by pulling down on the notebook list to refresh it. On the computer, you can also try to manually sync by selecting Sync All.
    5. Check for Updates: Ensure that both the OneNote app on your phone and the OneNote application on your computer are updated to the latest version.
    6. Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your phone and computer can resolve sync issues.
    7. Check for Errors: If you encounter specific error messages, such as "Content Not Yet Available," it may indicate that the content hasn't synced completely. In this case, wait a bit longer or check your internet connection.

If the issue persists, you may need to troubleshoot further based on specific error codes or messages you receive during the sync process.
