Azure sign-in issue. Tenant mismatch and broken MFA. I can’t log in to open a ticket.

1. Check Your Account: Make sure that you're using the correct account to sign in. If you have multiple Azure accounts (like personal and work), confirm that you're using the business account associated with the Azure tenant you’re trying to access.
2. Use Sign-in Diagnostic: You can use the Sign-in Diagnostic Tool. Just enter your details (like email, application name, or time of sign-in) to identify any specific issues that might be causing the tenant mismatch or MFA problems.
3. MFA Issues: If MFA is not working as expected, check if you can enable modern authentication in your subscription. If you're accessing Exchange Online, ensure that it's enabled here. You may also want to consider checking if your applications are using outdated authentication methods.
