Can't join laptop/pc to Entra domain

Hello experts!

I am attempting to join my computer to our Azure domain (Microsoft Entra ID), but I am encountering a persistent error during the process.

Error Details:

Message: "Looks like we can't connect to the URL for your organisation's MDM terms of use."

Error Code: invalid_client

Description: failed to authenticate user

Troubleshooting already performed:

Windows Edition: I have confirmed my device is running Windows Pro/Enterprise (not Home).

MDM Scope: I checked the Mobility (MDM and MAM) settings in the Entra portal to ensure the user scope is configured correctly.

1. Terms of Use URL: I verified that the MDM terms of use URLs are set to the default Microsoft values.
2. How do I get my hands on the free licenses and what would the limit be? Some people say you can adjust it but I have more than 1500 laptops/pc's I need to migrate.
