Issues with inability to update legal info

I input my information into the Partner Center site and was initially verified with that information. The business entity name however pointed to a different name than i wanted my app users to see. i updated my DUNS profile to include the DBA name. I then updated my information in Partner Center and the verification did not complete and was rejected. At this point, i'm unable to edit my business legal info and keep getting a stern message about trust. I have a reference ID and transaction number, but nowhere can I get any contact information to speak to someone to resolve this issue. There is just a link that points me to the Microsoft Integrity Portal where I can report fraud.
