Certification failed due to generative AI false positive - how to proceed?

The most recent update of our application failed certification due to the policy:"11.16 Live Generative AI Content".
This application does not contain any generative AI features. As such, we are unable to provide a means for our users to report inappropriate AI generated content.
There doesn't seem to be anyway to appeal this, or any explanation from Microsoft as to why our product was flagged. How we can move forward with the certification process?
