Unable to download software available for SNHU students.

I've tried a couple of times to download Microsoft Visio software that's suppose to be available for SNHU students. Please let me know what to do. I got to the homepage that said Learning at the top left.

    After reviewing your subscription details, I understand that you are experiencing difficulties installing the Visio desktop application which should be included in your education subscription. I would like to provide some clarification to help you better understand the situation. 

    Currently, all Microsoft 365 subscriptions, across Education, Business, and Enterprise, include Visio in Microsoft 365, which is a lightweight, web-based version of Visio. This version allows users to create and edit basic diagrams directly in the browser but does not include the advanced capabilities of the desktop application.  According to Microsoft’s documentation: About Visio in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Support  User's image

    To access the Visio desktop application, a separate license such as Visio Plan 2 is required. Visio Plan 2 includes the fully installed, up‑to‑date desktop version of Visio for Windows PC along with advanced diagramming features.
