Unable to download software available for SNHU students.

I've tried a couple of times to download Microsoft Visio software that's suppose to be available for SNHU students. Please let me know what to do. I got to the homepage that said Learning at the top left.

    To access the Visio desktop application, a separate license such as Visio Plan 2 is required. Visio Plan 2 includes the fully installed, up‑to‑date desktop version of Visio for Windows PC along with advanced diagramming features.
