Outlook won't let me add new contacts

I click on new contacts and add the info to create a new contact and nothing happens, what now?

The new outlook is missing the add contact feature.

The best fix for now is to toggle off the "new contacts features.

Toggle the new contacts features button off.

This is the only reliable way to add contacts to your list until Microsoft patches the system.
