I want to change my legal name of my account to J, I registered for the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exams twice, i attended the exam yesterday, but it got cancled because the name displayed during the exam does not match to my passport name, i tried to fix it before, but it did not work, and they said i can contect you guys to get the money back/get the refund, and toaday, i attended ther exam again, this time they told me to provide different images of my identifications, the first two proctors told me to upload a certification that has my name on it, and the second proctor told me to upload my school student ID, i did, and my last proctor said its not accepted and cancled my exam again, and also told me to get the refund from you, i really need to change my legal name / displayed name during the exam.

You should change your Legal name on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings
If you have already booked an exam, you will not be able to change your name and must contact Credentials support https://aka.ms/credentialssupport

Thanks man, but this is not what i was exactly asking help with, i think it only changes your account name, but not the legal name/displayed name during the exam.

If you have already registered for an exam, you may be unable to change your legal name, if you see this notification - Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name.
If that is the case, you will need to contact their support to raise a support ticket to get your name changed.

At the top right of this question, click your user icon and select Settings.
In there, are you able to scroll down to change your Legal Name on your account.
Yes I tried that, but then it says "Your legal name change request will require further review. Please contact Credential Support to modify your legal name.", I am not sure what I am supposed to do in the given link.
