I am experiencing an issue when importing 3D models into Microsoft PowerPoint.

I create my 3D models in Blender and Autodesk 3ds Max, where they are fully textured and correctly colored. However, when I insert these models into PowerPoint (using formats such as .OBJ, .FBX, or .GLB), the models appear as a single grey color, with no textures or materials applied.

I have already verified the following:
