How to recover Azure account after deleting only tenant in Entra ID

Hi, I'm needing help recovering my Azure account after I deleted my tenant in Entra ID. After deleting the tenant, I am greeted by this error message when logging in.
I don't seem to have permissions to do anything in Entra ID and I can't even submit a support ticket through Azure due to the error above.
Assistance is very much needed
