The error message you are seeing indicates that your tenant has been inactive for more than 200 days after the billing cycle, which triggered Microsoft's process to remove inactive tenants. At this stage, the OMS commerce system places a login block AADSTS5000225, Twenty days after this block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

To restore access, the tenant must have been blocked for less than 20 days. After 30 days, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We can reactivate your tenant only if it has been blocked for less than 20 days, please share the requested details in private message so that we can reactivate your account.

Once we have the requested details, we can proceed with your account reactivation

the tenant is blocked since 20 + days, its an unused tenant since years. how do I leave its organization now with my personal account in order for me to delete the account? its an @outlook.com account

GLOBAL SERVICE SRL You cannot leave the organization right now because the tenant is in a blocked state due to inactivity (error AADSTS5000225). When a Microsoft Entra ID tenant is blocked, all sign-in and user management actions—including leaving the organization—are disabled.

Since the tenant has been blocked for more than 20 days, reactivation is no longer possible. The only option is to wait for Microsoft to complete the tenant deletion process. Typically, the tenant is permanently deleted after 30 days of being blocked. Once the tenant is deleted, your @outlook.com account will automatically be disassociated from that organization, and you can then delete or manage your personal account freely.
