Anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. Message code 715-123220

Hi,

I have been reporting the same issue to the Microsoft CSP team for the past seven days, and no progress has been made so far under <<Business DOWN-CRITICAL>> TrackingID#2603030040002877

The only response consistently received from Microsoft states that attempts to access the service have failed because the browser or VPN settings allegedly prevent the identity verification service from running, and that changes are required on our side to meet Microsoft’s security and regulatory requirements.

Despite following the provided guidance and acknowledging the recommendations regarding browser, VPN, and security settings, we continue to receive the same message indicating that Microsoft is unable to take any further action at this time.

As a result, the issue remains unresolved, and progress toward resolution is currently blocked.

This is failing across all regional tenants' production and sandbox environments.   The continued impact represents a significant financial risk, jeopardizes customer relationships, and may result in contractual penalties and reputational damage.

Despite requesting a joint meeting involving both the Microsoft CSP and Security teams, no engagement has taken place to date. Additionally, I have not observed any concrete actions or positive progress from Microsoft toward resolving the issue.

An error message is generated by the system when creating a new Customer tenant (CSP portal).
