How to fix "Try another verification method" when you're trying to appeal account's blocking?

When I'm trying to enter my phone number to get a verification code, it says "try another verification method", but there are no more verification methods, how do i fix it?
I also don't know the reason of my account's locking (I can't log in to this account)
