Can someone help understand why my content is deleted, what was the violation?

I have the same issue. I have been trying to post a question repeatedly with information only about Microsoft products - mail merge from Excel to Word, and no matter how much I scale down the question I either immediately get the deleted code of conduct message or a 404 error. I have no personal information, tried writing it in the form, and then tried using Word and pasting. It will not post my question no matter what I do. I read the COC and cannot find anything I might be doing to have the system flag my question.

I noted later that you had made multiple attempts. As I review the deleted posts in reverse order, I found your last attempt first.

As for why it was deleted I will have to resort to my standard answer that the spam filter on this site is overly zealous at times. Unfortunately, so are the spammers, which may be that the spam filter needs to set the bar low.

Hello, thank you. I noticed it duplicated the question and when I edited to remove the second copy, it says it was deleted again. Along with the answer I had and the reply I was writing.

I should have warned you. Don't edit undeleted posts - the spam filter is likely to nuke it again. I've resurrected the post anew.

I'm not sure what you mean with the post was duplicated, but if you made multiple attempts, it is possible another moderator resurrected another one before or after me. When undeleting a post, I typically check the poster's profile, to see if the poster has been able to post the question successfully. But unfortunately, undeleted questions do not reflect in the profile.

I have also just had my question, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5765722/foreign-language-entries-in-registry, deleted, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/a/12576473. I'm wondering if it was because I rejected the generic AI response I recieved. The response was vague and no different to the answer I had googled for myself so as it was not helpful, I rejected it. If that is why my post was deleted, I'm not sure how to post for an accurate response to my question.

OK, so the site you a notification for the AI Answer, but when you tried to access it, the Answer had been deleted. If you instead click on the text Foreign Language Entries in Registry, you should see your question. But I would expect that you see the answer from Q&A Assist. (I can see it, because for moderators the deleted answers/comments are visible.)

I agree that the message about "deleted due to violation of our Code of Conduct" is misleading.

When it comes to the post https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5933074/any-bt-seeds-for-windows-10-isos, it has been manually deleted by another moderator, and I agree with that verdict. It is not on-topic for Microsoft Learn Q&A, because is not a question. (And it encourages behaviour that is dubious from a legal point of view.)

When it comes to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5933597/why-has-my-post-been-deleted it was automatically deleted. Presumably because it consisted of a link and a short piece of text. Nevermind, that the link was to Microsoft Learn itself, but the spam filter is not always that smart. Since the question is answered in this post, I will leave that post deleted.

Am I allowed to repost the first question as a question only without encouraging any "dubious" behavior? Something like "Is it possible to download Windows 10 via B********t". I still believe it would be useful for users reinstslling their OS.

It is true that some users post tips and announcements, but they are labelled as Independent Advisors, and I think this follows a custom from old Microsoft Answers. This is not intended for everyone, at least that is my understanding.
