How to fix 2 accounts linked to <Mod remove PII>.

Several years ago I had Microsoft account connected to <Mod remove PII> . this email was hosted thru my company via gmail. company wide they migrated to Microsoft outlook and now I have issues with accessing some applications. I figured it would be fine to abandon the old account but I keep seeing a second option for <Mod remove PII> . I can't tell what one is the gmail from MS so if I select the gmail I will be locked out from MS account and have to change my password for MS. Is it possible to delete the gmail account? as you can tell I have no clear picture of what I'm asking for so if you can assist me in cleaning this up, or even give me direction how to fix this i'm very appreciative for the help. It only takes time from my day when I need to access systems that I had logins attached to gmail <Mod remove PII> . It happens less and less but when it happens I end up spending time to gain access to something that I need NOW.
