SharePoint Embedded – Collaboration and Tracking Limitations

We are exploring a solution that can be used outside the Azure ecosystem, where SharePoint files can be collaboratively accessed by both internal/external Azure org users users, with the ability to track all changes at the user level.

We identified SharePoint Embedded, which is currently in beta, and it meets most of our requirements. However, we are facing a few challenges with certain behaviors when using it within an embedded iframe:

We are unable to track changes made by external/other users who is not not the owner of the file.

The embedded access link expires every 10 minutes, which impacts usability.

We would like guidance on whether these limitations can be addressed or if there are recommended alternatives or configurations to handle these scenarios more effectively.
