    Hi @Nick Yan,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Error code 700003 indicates that your device has been removed from your school's mobile device management (MDM) system. When this error occurs, users can't access Office 365 services, such as Exchange Online or SharePoint Online. There are several other reasons for this error, such as an unstable network connection, an incorrect user account, or corrupted credential data.

We recommend that you narrow down the issue step by step by following the guide below:

    1/Check network connection:

Make sure your device has a stable network connection. Restart your router if necessary.

    2/ Reconnect your account:

    • Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
    • Navigate to Accounts > Access Work or School, select the account, and click Disconnect. User's image
    • When you're done, restart your device, sign in with your account, and try signing in to Microsoft 365.

    3/ Clear credential data:

    • Press Windows + R > Enter Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Windows Credentials
    • Find all the credentials associated with Office 365 and click Delete.

    4/ Repair Office 365:

    • Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
    • Click Apps > Apps & features.
    • Now scroll down, tap on the Office product you want to repair, and select "Modify".
    • Tap "Online Repair" and follow the on-screen instructions.

    5/ Contact your school administrator:

If none of the above methods work, please contact the school administrator for assistance. They can help you check the status of your device in your school's AAD and ensure that your device is properly enrolled. Please understand that student accounts are directly managed by the school administrator, and as forum administrators, we cannot access or control student accounts. This includes actions such as logging in, resetting passwords, or changing account permissions.

Hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact us.
