To upload your extended validation (EV) certificate after accidentally closing your browser, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Microsoft Partner Center using your organization's global administrator account.
2. Navigate to the Manage Certificates section. You can find this by selecting the gear icon in the upper right corner, then going to Account Settings and selecting Manage Certificates on the left side of the screen.
3. From there, you should see an option to upload your EV certificate. Follow the prompts to complete the upload process.
