Trying to update front door classic to premium is stuck on #3 saying it is in progress for over a month

Trying to update Front Door classic to premium and are stuck on step #3: Migration to new Front Door profile in progress..
Its been stuck on #3 for over a month and I can't stop it, undo it, or restart it. I need this completed. What can I do to correct this?
