It sounds like you're having trouble verifying your college email for Azure for Students.

Azure for Students is available only to students who meet the following requirements:

You must affirm that you're age 18 or older and attend an accredited, degree-granting, two-year or four-year educational institution where you're a full-time student.

You must verify your academic status through your institution's email address.

This offer isn't available for use in a massive open online course (MOOC) or in other professional trainings from for-profit organizations.

This offer is limited to one Azure for Student subscription per eligible customer. It's nontransferable and can't be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise permitted by Microsoft.

Did you receive a confirmation email from Microsoft after registering with student email?

Are you using a personal Microsoft account (e.g., Outlook, Hotmail) or your school-issued email to access Azure?

If your school doesn’t have a contract with Microsoft for Azure for Students, To have your college's email domain recognized, the college administration or IT department will need to take action.

If you meet these requirements, the best bet is to create a support request, You can submit a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team by creating an Azure support request and selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.

You can also contact customer service for your country or region.

If your academic email is not verified, it may prevent you from accessing certain programs like Azure for Students. To resolve this issue, you should log in to the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) portal and select the Help option to create a support ticket. The support team will assist you with the verification process, which may take up to seven business days. You might need to provide documents to confirm your school's domain ownership or academic accreditation.

Make sure that you are using your institution's official email address during the verification process, as this is crucial for confirming your eligibility.
