my microsoft home organization password has me locked out of new computer.

I own my own business and set up this new computer as business. The password has me locked out
I do authenticator then get to change password page then it says "we ran into a problem please try again" I did a contract with Microsoft and the person said I can't help you. I can get into computer but can't update software, can't download Norton.
