Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

    To fix the issue:

    • First check that both the sender and recipient are using the same type of Microsoft account, either both personal or both work/school, since mismatched accounts can block access.
    • Next, the list owner should open the list in Microsoft To Do, go to Manage access, and resend the invite. Please also confirm that the list hasn’t been deleted and that access wasn’t removed.
    • If the problem still occurs, it may be caused by cached data or an app glitch, try opening the link in a private browser window or on another device to see if that resolves it.
