Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Tomislav Begedin
Welcome to Q&A forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I will provide two scenarios to support you with your concern.
If the invoice is not issued, you can try these steps to change your invoice details as you want to receive:
Microsoft 365 admin center -> Billing -> Billing Account -> Edit -> Update your organization profile
(You can kindly ask your global admin tenant to do these steps for you)
For you reference:
Manage Microsoft 365 payment information and billing for your business - Microsoft Support
*
However, if you need to correct an "already issued invoice", you must:
Contact Microsoft Support and request a credit note and reissue.
In this case, the Microsoft Billing Team is the right group to help you with this request. Please follow the detailed steps below to reach out to them so they can send the document to you via email:
(If you are not the global admin, please kindly ask your IT Admin to do it for you)
- Sign into the "Microsoft Admin Center"
- After clicking on "Help & Support" button like this image, you can type "I need agent support via phone or email". After that, you can click on "Contact support"
- Choose contact method: "Phone"
- Fill all the information in this contact support details, please describe your situation carefully so they will have enough information to help you.
- Finally, clicking on "Contact me"
