Can't Join a List. This is a Bug. Please Escalate with Support Team

There is an active bug right now with Microsoft Todo where people are not able to join a list they have been invited to. I am unable to submit a help ticket or talk to a support team directly (or am unable to find where to do so), so I am submitting/posting this here, in hopes of getting attention to the matter from the technical support team.

See other post(s) here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5688092/to-do-app-cant-join-list?source=docs

Note sure how long this has been a bug, looks like at least the 31st. My husband and I have been trying to share lists for about a day. Tried multiple times, incognito, etc. As others stated on that thread, this is clearly a bug.

How / When can you get this resolved?
