We had to rebuild our Active Directory but Azure has old Entra ID's and I need to reset my password

We lost our AD domain and, unfortunately, are not able to restore so we have started again from scratch (we're only small). We used to have a sync with Entra in Azure but this is obviously gone however my account, which I can still use to login to Azure, is Multi Factor Auth, I am unable to change my password on Azure (I want to reset this for security reasons) so that's my first question. Is there anyway to reset the password and if not, what's the best way to go forward as to not lose access to Azure and this account (I am a Global Admin)

I am seeing some malicious attempts (single authentication) and I want to change my password and also block any out of country attempts.
