Xbox Game Bar raw clips not uploading as 60FPS to YouTube despite being recorded in 60FPS

When you record an Xbox Game Bar clip in 60FPS and then upload it raw to YouTube, the actual final upload is not made in 60FPS. Is this an issue with Xbox Game Bar's latest update in November 2025? It only started happening after that update. Can anyone else confirm?
