How to get back into Azure directory?

I just want to use the Microsoft To Do API for a personal project. Made a free Azure account, set up API access through Entra ID, had some errors when logging in with Microsoft, ended up turning myself from external to internal user in the directory, now I can't access the directory, can't create a new Azure account because it "remembers" me and always defaults to that directory I can't access. I don't care about recovering the specific directory since there isn't much in there, I just want access to the To Do API but have no clue how to proceed at this point.
