i can login into my azure portal but when i switch context i get sign-in error

i am unable to swtich context . it looks like my tenant associated with the context is inactive. I have been trying to call various customer support lines for microsoft and always been redirected to webpage aka.ms/pwr . this has not helped as i dont have login issue but issue with switching context. This is really furstating , especially dealing with a company that is supposed to provide a superior customer experience.

Also, i have been charged by microsoft on monthly basis while the directory is inactive. So i cant get to my context for which you are charging me everymonth .
