Minecraft Bedrock stuck at 50% on loading screen

Hi! I have tried all the fixes that have been suggested previously for Minecraft Bedrock and nothing seems to work. The preview actually works fine but the regular Minecraft Bedrock program will only load to 50% and then gets stuck. My other child can load it on his computer and plays daily. I don't understand what's happening and it's really frustrating for my son. Can anyone help? Or is there someone I can call?

Hi DCAT, I know how frustrating this is especially when one child can play and the other can’t. You’ve already tried the usual fixes.

Clear Minecraft cache and reset the app, update your graphics drivers make sure Xbox services are running and if nothing works back up your worlds and reinstall the game from the Microsoft Store.

Have you noticed if the freeze happens before the Mojang logo disappears or after the loading bar shows Syncing user data?

I am currently having the same issue, and it appears to still not work even after following your instructions. In my specific case the Mojang screen comes up then it goes into the loading screen. The game loads to 51% before freezing and closing. Its only bedrock edition this is happening to. Just a few days ago it was working fine but suddenly now it's not working.
