Cannot access Azure Portal: Error AADSTS5000225 Tenant blocked due to inactivity

Hi,
I am unable to sign in to the Azure Portal. I received the following error message: Error code: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.
However, I have just deployed resources and was active on this tenant yesterday. I need to access my resources urgently.
Please advise on how to unblock this tenant or investigate why it was flagged as inactive.
