Hello Everyone,
I am trying to upgrade my existing MS SSMS from v18.12.1 to v20.2.1 in one of my environments. I am looking for the installer, but I could not find one from the Microsoft Official website. This page of 20.2.1 takes me to the download of SSMS v22.
Therefore, it would be helpful if someone can help me getting the required installer from official Microsoft site.

Any particular reason you don't want to install SSMS 22?
In any case, you can have both installed, since major versions of SSMS install side by side.

All the environments in our system is configured with SSMS 20 except one. We recently noticed that, and wanted to upgrade it, so that all are in the same version.

SSMS 22 disables the "import and export wizard" when the exact same functionality works properly in the earlier versions of SSMS. Something SSMS 22 is doing to check permissions for whether that option is available is functionally broken; I repeatedly have to switch to the earlier versions to do this very typical system administration activity (which, as you might image, is quite annoying).
To be able to use the Import/Export wizard, you need to have the SSIS support installed, and this is an optional component. Find the Visual Studio Installer in the Start Menu. When it comes up, select Modify for SSMS. Switch to Individual Components and make sure the choices under Business Intelligence are selected:

SSMS 22 keeps freezing, The only way out is to use Task Manager. Also, I don't have the ability to work with Maintenance Plans in SSMS 22.
As for maintenance plans, the same thing applies as for the Import/export wizard: You need to add the SSIS component, see my post above.
If SSMS 22 keeps freezing that is more problematic, and I don't really have much of an idea. But I would recommend that you try to get a grip on if the freezing occurs in a specific situation. Once you have a little more information, you could file a bug on https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/SSMS
