my microsoft 365 ID is Moderator noted: Removed PII.

I Can't log in authenticator app, teams app, onedrive app, out lookapp.

I want to log in that apps.

Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the internet.
Open the App: Launch the specific app (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) on your mobile device.
Enter Your Credentials: When prompted, enter your Microsoft 365 email address (e.g., ******@huhyou.onmicrosoft.com) and your password.
Use the Authenticator App: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you may need to verify your identity using the Microsoft Authenticator app. Open the app and approve the sign-in request.

Based on your description, you cannot sign in again and you're user of your organization. I understand you are unable to get the two-factor authentication (2FA) code from the Microsoft Authenticator app after logged out of all mobile apps. Here are a few suggestions that may help resolve the issue:

Try to access your work account on web office by sign in to your account via this link https://office.com/ and see if your Authenticator app works properly.

You can try to use an alternate verification option

On the same “Enter code” screen, look for a tiny link that says, “I don’t have a code” or “Use a different verification option.”
If you register a phone number, choose Text or Voice call.

If the above methods don’t work, since your email is a business account, your company IT team or Helpdesk may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. As forum moderator, we do not have administrative access to change these settings. Only your IT team has the ability to adjust or reset your MFA configuration. However, none of the suggested methods worked as I have been effectively locked out of all Microsoft services, and my account was previously configured so that authentication codes cannot be received via SMS or alternative email methods.

Therefore, I would desperatley appreciate a direct and practical response to the following question.

Request for Account Recovery

Given that 1) all sign-in attempts require Microsoft Authenticator codes, 2) no alternative verification methods (SMS or email) are available, and 3) I am the only administrator (meaning that reset is impossible), is it possible to regain access to my account (Moderator Noted: Removed PII) under these circumstances? Could you direcly help me regain access to my associated Microsoft services?

FYI, I am reachable via Korean phone Moderator Noted: Removed PII or email (Moderator Noted: Removed PII)

In case you're only administrator of your organization, the only method to reset your MFA is contact to Microsoft Support team, the agent will redirect to data protection team. The Microsoft Online Support Team has higher permission than us moderators to remotely assist you and collect background logs for the root cause. This is a more efficient and direct way in recovering this scenario for you.

That said, here are a few recommended steps you can take to get direct help from Microsoft:

Option 1: Contact Microsoft Support by Phone

If you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can contact Microsoft Support directly.

Find the appropriate phone number for your region here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

To help you navigate the automated phone system (IVR), here’s an example of how the conversation might go:

IVR: What kind of problem are you concerned about?   You: Administrator account locked

IVR: What kind of product do you use?   You: Office 365 for business

IVR: Education or business account?   You: For business

IVR: Are you an administrator?   You: Yes

IVR: Do you have another administrator in your organization?   You: No

IVR: Do you need a service request?   You: Yes

This should help you get connected to a live support agent who can assist you directly.

Select any plan and click Try for free.
