Dear @허 유영,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.
Based on your description, you cannot sign in again and you're user of your organization. I understand you are unable to get the two-factor authentication (2FA) code from the Microsoft Authenticator app after logged out of all mobile apps. Here are a few suggestions that may help resolve the issue:
- Try to access your work account on web office by sign in to your account via this link https://office.com/ and see if your Authenticator app works properly.
You can try to use an alternate verification option
- On the same “Enter code” screen, look for a tiny link that says, “I don’t have a code” or “Use a different verification option.”
- If you register a phone number, choose Text or Voice call.
If the above methods don’t work, since your email is a business account, your company IT team or Helpdesk may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. As forum moderator, we do not have administrative access to change these settings. Only your IT team has the ability to adjust or reset your MFA configuration. You can also refer to this Microsoft support article for more information: Manage authentication methods - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
