Trying to export reports in QuickBooks on Windows 11, all options are ghosted except CSV

Trying to export reports in QuickBooks on Windows 11, all options are ghosted except CSV, which is not satisfactory. Used to work in Windows 10 using older versions of Excel. Had to get a new laptop to upgrade Windows.
