To resolve it, I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator to confirm whether your Office subscription has expired. If it has, please request them to renew it for you.

    In the meantime, kindly follow these steps to ensure you are signed in with the correct account:

    • If you are using both personal and school account, you need to log in using your work or school account instead of your personal email account.
    • Once the account is correct, sign into My account, select Subscriptions on the left pane.

    • Your Microsoft 365 subscription should be listed there. If it's not, your email address won't work for signing in to Office.
