Hi @Lisel Killo,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience regarding the expired Office subscription. I understand how inconvenient this issue can be. To resolve it, I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator to confirm whether your Office subscription has expired. If it has, please request them to renew it for you.
In the meantime, kindly follow these steps to ensure you are signed in with the correct account:
- If you are using both personal and school account, you need to log in using your work or school account instead of your personal email account.
- Once the account is correct, sign into My account, select Subscriptions on the left pane.
- Your Microsoft 365 subscription should be listed there. If it's not, your email address won't work for signing in to Office.
Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to continuing the conversation.
Wishing you and your family a joyful and prosperous New Year.
