    Hi @Lisel Killo,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience regarding the expired Office subscription. I understand how inconvenient this issue can be. To resolve it, I recommend contacting your school’s IT administrator to confirm whether your Office subscription has expired. If it has, please request them to renew it for you.

In the meantime, kindly follow these steps to ensure you are signed in with the correct account:

    • If you are using both personal and school account, you need to log in using your work or school account instead of your personal email account.
    • Once the account is correct, sign into My account, select Subscriptions on the left pane.

    • Your Microsoft 365 subscription should be listed there. If it's not, your email address won't work for signing in to Office.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

Wishing you and your family a joyful and prosperous New Year.

If your PowerPoint is frozen and you are receiving a message about needing to keep up with your subscription, it may be related to your Microsoft 365 subscription status. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active. You can do this by going to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and checking under Billing > Your products.
    2. Reactivate Subscription: If your subscription is inactive, you may need to reactivate it by selecting the subscription and following the prompts.
    3. Force Quit PowerPoint: If PowerPoint is unresponsive, you can force quit the application. On your Mac, click on the Apple menu, select Force Quit, choose PowerPoint, and click Force Quit.
    4. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve temporary issues.
    5. Reinstall PowerPoint: If the problem persists, consider reinstalling PowerPoint to ensure that you have the latest version and that all files are intact.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the Microsoft support resources for further assistance.
