How can I export my Microsoft to-do list data and import it into my apple calendar and apple's to-do app?

I am a MacBook and iPhone user, and I used Microsoft To-Do using my academic account. I am worried that after graduation, I can no longer use the account, so I am considering exporting all data and migrating it to my own Apple apps. Can anyone help me out?

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand you’d like to export your Microsoft To Do lists/tasks before your HKU academic account expires, and you’d prefer to do this using a client (desktop) app.

    Because Microsoft To Do tasks are stored and synced through Outlook Tasks, the most practical “client app” export method is via Outlook desktop.

    Option 1: On Windows: Export Tasks to CSV (Excel) or PST (best backup)

    A) Export to CSV (easy to open in Excel)

    Open Outlook (classic) on Windows.

    Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

    Choose Export to a file > Next.

    Select Comma Separated Values (CSV) > Next.

    Select the Tasks folder under your HKU account > Next.

    Choose a save location and file name > Next > Finish.

    B) Export to PST

    Settings > Files > Export > Get started

    Choose account > Choose Task (as picture below) > choose save location > Finish.
