    Hi @宇 宇

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re facing accessing your SharePoint account after losing your phone. Since your account is a work or school account which is managed by your organization's IT department. As forum moderators, we don't have the administrative access to directly change these settings, the best solution is to contact your organization's IT administrator. They can assist in resetting your multi-factor authentication settings and guide you through re-registering your account on the new phone.

Please ask them to follow this article to proceed to reset your 2FA so that you could re-register again: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…

Once your IT team helps you regain access, you can manage your security verification methods by visiting My Sign-Ins | Security Info | Microsoft.com page. This allows you to control which methods you use for MFA in the future.

Please prioritize contacting them, we understand the urgency and hope they can get you back on track promptly. If you need additional support, please feel free to let me know.

If you have lost your phone that runs the authenticator app and cannot access your SharePoint account due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) being enabled, you will need to follow these steps to regain access:

    1. Use Alternative Verification Methods: If you have set up other options for security verification, select Other verification options on the login page and try to use a different method to verify your identity.
    2. Contact Support: If you cannot access any alternative verification methods, you will need to contact your organization's IT support or Microsoft support. They can assist you in resetting your MFA settings or provide you with a temporary access method.
    3. Reset MFA: Your IT admin can reset your MFA settings, allowing you to set it up again with a new authenticator app once you have access to your account.
    4. Set Up a New Authenticator: After regaining access, you can install a new authenticator app on a new device and set it up for your SharePoint account.

Make sure to also update your security information in your account settings to avoid similar issues in the future.
