estou com um problema no meu notebook helios predator ph315-52

é EXATAMENTE o mesmo problema desse poster: segundo monitor parou de funcionar
eu fiz EXATAMENTE o que o camarada fez e mais algumas coisas

testei o meu notebook com linux e o problema continua
testei o meu notebook com outros monitores e tambem não funciona

estou começando a ficar desconfiado de problema no hardware. alguem tem ideia do que pode ser? o do amigo ai volto magicamente a funcionar...

    Sinto muito mais e hardware se o problema continuar no linux e com outros monitores a falha e a Hardware pode ser com a entrada de video sinto muito.

    Nesse caso se voce estive em garantia solicitar a Acer, ja tive laptops Acer predator e tive problema entrada interna HDMI ficando intermitente fiz a troca com Acer.
