Password-based SSO for
freshservice-pam-engineering oncallis not working by design.The dynamically displayed (JavaScript-based) fields on the Freshservice login page don't adhere to Microsoft Entra ID Field Detection standards. Because of this, password-based SSO cannot be set up or utilized, and Capture sign-in is unable to identify username and password fields.
