Urgent Request: Recovery of deleted Microsoft To Do list

Dear Support Team

I am writing to request assistance with recovering a deleted task list from my Microsoft To Do account.

I accidentally deleted a list recently and I am unable to find the tasks in the "Deleted Items" folder or the "Recoverable Items" folder in Outlook on the web. It seems the data has been purged from my view.

Here are the details of the missing list:

Approximate List Name: "Develop Skill" (or something similar related to skills)

Date of Deletion: 30 Dec 2025 7:30 pm in between
Account Email: <Mod PII removed>@gmail.com

Since this data is critical for me, I request you to check the backend retention or server logs to see if this specific list or its tasks can be restored.

Hi there.

Make sure you check the deleted and recoverable items carefully - the deleted items could be on the bottom.

If both the deleted and recoverable items list don't have them, there is no official way to recover them.

In the future, you can enable 'confirm before deleting' in Todo to try to prevent the error from happening again.
