Game Pass cloud profile corruption – persistent crashes on save/load

Hello,

I am experiencing a severe issue with Football Manager 2026 on PC via Xbox Game Pass.

The game crashes before it can initialize user data. No logs are generated, and the game does not recreate its local profile folders correctly.

Even after deleting all local data, old saves and created managers reappear, which strongly indicates a corrupted UWP cloud/profile container linked to my Xbox account.

This is not a local installation issue. I have already:

• Reinstalled the game
• Reset Gaming Services
• Reset Windows Store cache
• Disabled OneDrive
• Tested offline mode

I am requesting a reset or clearance of the Xbox cloud/UWP storage container associated with Football Manager 2026 on my account.

The game is currently unplayable.
