Co pilot not working

My drop down menu on co pilot is now very limited with only two options: Structure and Refine and Insert Summary. I used to get several options such as Keep Writing, Make shorter etc.
Also, Co Pilot chat will not open. All I get is a blank screen on the sidebar.
My subscription is paid up and I recently upgraded to Premium.
Here's what I'm looking at.
Any ideas?
